Move out process
To cancel your lease, please follow these steps:
- Empty your storage unit
- Sweep unit clean
- Make sure nothing is in the unit / on the premises
- Remove your lock
- Text a picture of the empty unit INCLUDING the unit number to 989-854-3693
- IMPORTANT: If you fail to notify us that you have vacated the unit, you will continue to be charged!
- *Please note that we do not prorate rent at move out and prepaid rent is non-refundable.
