To cancel your lease, please follow these steps:

Empty your storage unit

Sweep unit clean

Make sure nothing is left inside the unit or on the premises.

Remove your lock

Text a picture of the empty swept unit INCLUDING the unit number to 517.526.5977

Once we receive the move-out notice and picture of the empty swept unit, we will process move-out and send your a move-out notification.

IMPORTANT: If you fail to provide proper move-out notice including picture of the empty swept unit prior to new billing cycle, you will continue to be billed.

Please note that we do not prorate rent at move out and prepaid rent is non-refundable.

If you fail to provide proper move-out before next month's rent is due, including a picture of the empty swept unit, a $50 late move-out fee will be assessed.

There is a minumum $125 cleaning fee for items left behind inside the unit or in the aisles.
